Else Kerkmann has a passion for photography that was reignited after a fateful trip to Uganda in 2011. She uses her lens to tell stories of love, joy, new life, community and sometimes heartache. Else’s hometown of beautiful Bend, Oregon, provides the perfect backdrop for her work. She often has one of her three daughters by her side as an assistant or creative director.
