Nicolas lives and farms in the coastal town of Penobscot, Maine. He and his wife run two MOFGA-certified organic farm operations: Hackmatack Farm and Blue Hill Berry Co. To afford his farming addiction, he also works as a carpenter. His other interests include hiking, camping, doing things with his two sons, and playing in a jug band.
