Oriana Koren is an editorial photographer and writer based in Los Angeles, CA whose work is anchored in food, culture, and travel. Interested in the intersections of food, history, and community, Koren’s work is shaped by the fusion of personal narrative and in-depth documentary practice focusing on the principal contributions of people of color, immigrant, and womxn’s communities within American foodways and food culture.

Nicole is an artist, homemaker, and Waldorf School teacher. She first traveled to Bali when she was nineteen. It was there that she met her Australian husband, and built a house and cafe. They now live in Australia with their two (almost) grown-up sons and travel to Bali several times a year. Nicole runs Soulful Escape retreats with her soul sister Em Falconbridge.

Nicolas Lindholm
Nicolas lives and farms in the coastal town of Penobscot, Maine. He and his wife run two MOFGA-certified organic farm operations: Hackmatack Farm and Blue Hill Berry Co. To afford his farming addiction, he also works as a carpenter. His other interests include hiking, camping, doing things with his two sons, and playing in a jug band.

Nate was born and raised in northern Minnesota. Natalie Merchant
Natalie is an American singer-songwriter living and working in New York's Hudson River Valley. She has recorded fifteen albums since 1981 (at first with her band 10,000 Maniacs and then as a solo artist). Her thoughtful writing and passionate voice have earned her a large and loyal audience.
