We love hosting local makers here at Taproot Market (in Portland, Maine) and are beginning to schedule our fall Saturday pop-ups!
We are seeking local makers whose process and goods complement and align with the aesthetic and ethos of our market and magazine ~ products surrounding themes of food, farm, craft, and community, thoughtfully and sustainably made. Past pop-ups have included jewelry, art prints, patches, stickers, and coffee! We love hosting contributors to the magazine and folks whose work is part of our online goods collection to showcase more of what they do, and makers who are new to the Taproot community. To learn more about our values, style, and areas of focus, take a look at the goods we sell in our collection or a copy of the magazine.
Think you'd be a good fit?
Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of your work and 5-7 images or a link to some samples on your website and/or social media page. We can’t wait to hear from you!
Please note: we receive many submissions and inquiries and cannot host everyone who expresses interest. We are always pleased to be introduced to new makers and keep all submissions on file should there be future availability or opportunities. Thanks for your interest!
