Taproot at Home :: Kid-Friendly Green Smoothie

We are all walking through these challenging days right now, but let's do it together, shall we? We want to offer for your home (and hearts) some of the goodness that has been inside the pages of Taproot Magazine while many of us are at home for an extended and indefinite period of time. The Kid-Friendly Green Smoothie

Ingredients
 

1 cup water 
1 large handful of spinach 
½ cup mango (fresh or frozen) 
1 banana 
1 tablespoon chia seeds 
Goji berries for garnish 

Instructions 

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass, sprinkle with goji berries and enjoy!
