Max is a Georgia singer, music teacher and aspiring farmer. He has traveled around the country sharing worksongs at farms, grange halls, homes and festivals in hopes of bringing traditional song back into everyday life. He performs regularly with the old-time duo Max and Maggie and has recently recorded his first solo album, Down Don't Worry Me.
