Polly Hatfield
Polly Hatfield, herbalist, poet, and maker, calls Portland, Oregon, home. Three decades of land cultivation and stewardship inform her practice. With her partner and beloved feline, she tends and is tended by the vital gardens of Herban Enclave. In deep dialogue with the plant allies, she creates seasonal CSA care packages which ship, like the fruits of her letter-writing practice, via the faithful USPS. Natalie Carrasco is a photographer, writer, gardener, and sun drenched yogi based in Arizona. She thrives best in nature surrounded by good company and a glass of chilled orange. Her work centers at the intersection of slow living, visual storytelling, and analog reportage. Mindy Bizzell
Mindy Bizzell is a writer and toymaker in the Waldorf tradition. She lives in Astoria, Oregon with her family and a menagerie of small reptiles. A graduate of Hollins University, she is a mother, feminist, and small business owner. Handmade toys and gardening are her passions, and the woods is where she hopes to spend most of her days. Heather Sundquist Hall

Margaret Ann Snow
Margaret Ann Snow lives in Alabama, where she spends her days farming, mothering, reading and writing. In 2004, along with her partner, David, she started Snow’s Bend Farm. Her farm work and her writing are inspired by a love of good food, a conviction to care for the land and people, the scientific aspects of farming, a passion for plants, and a wonderment of nature.
Alexandra Joan Lennon-Simon
Alexandra Joan Lennon-Simon was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. She enthusiastically tends to any and all green things she may find herself near, from growing food to her numerous house plants. When not hiking and camping with her dogs, Alexandra makes radical embroidery art under the name Zinnia Socialist Supply Co. Jake Kulju

Jade Johnson
Jade Johnson is a New Orleans based illustrator specializing in editorial work. After receiving her BFA in Illustration from SCAD, she taught art in non-profit education programs until hanging up her apron in 2021. Her work is character driven, explores connection through storytelling, and has been recognized by Creative Quarterly, Applied Arts, and the Society of Illustrators.
Nina Pace
Nina Pace is a painter, illustrator and surface designer based just outside of New York City, where she lives with her husband and their two young daughters. She studied painting at the Rhode Island School of Design and illustration at Syracuse University. She later earned an MFA from the Hoffberger School of Painting at the Maryland Institute College of Art. After working for textile design firms and freelancing as a textile designer, she started her own textile and home goods brand Ash & Anchor. A few years ago, she decided to close Ash & Anchor’s doors so that she could spend more time painting and designing, her most favorite part! Janel Knightly
Janel Knightly works and lives in Portland, ME with her husband James, daughters Luna and Nevaeh, and hound dog Winnie. While she has held many jobs in her life from full time farmer to nonprofit program manager, she has always written as a way of exploring and understanding what she is experiencing in life.
